Engagement Models

Is This Right for You?

How we work together.

A good fit usually looks like this:

You’re leading or operating inside a mission-driven organization, in education, nonprofit, workforce development, or an adjacent field and something isn’t quite working. Maybe you’re growing faster than your systems can handle. Maybe a transition is underway and you need help thinking through what comes next. Maybe you’ve got the strategy figured out but the execution keeps falling short.

If you’re looking for a thought partner who will tell you what’s honest, not just what’s comfortable, and who can roll up their sleeves and help you build it, you’re in the right place.

Ready to get started? Let's talk about what you're working through.

Whether you’re launching a new initiative or elevating your existing systems, I’d love to explore how we can partner.

Discovery — Every engagement starts with a real conversation. We look at what you’re working toward, where things feel stuck, and what the gaps are in your systems, roles, workflows, or team. You’ll leave with clarity on what’s possible, before we commit to anything.

Strategy — From there, we build a plan that fits your actual situation. We map your systems, clarify roles and responsibilities, and outline the path forward in a way that accounts for your culture, your team, and your real constraints.

Implementation — Strategy only works when the execution is supported. I work alongside your team through rollout, building the tools, facilitating the training, and coaching people through the change.

Ongoing Support — If it’s useful, I stay involved. Monthly check-ins, coaching sessions, systems reviews, or help onboarding new staff, whatever helps your team keep the momentum going.

Project-Based Consulting

Best for organizations with a defined challenge or goal. We scope the work together, agree on deliverables, and I execute within a set timeframe. This is a good fit for:

  • Program design or redesign
  • Systems and workflow improvement
  • Event, initiative, or pilot launch
  • Strategic planning or evaluation
  • Grant writing or funder communications new
  • CRM selection and implementation new
  • Marketing and communications planning new

Timeline: Typically 4–12 weeks
Investment: $5,000 – $25,000

Fractional Leadership Support

Some organizations need consistent senior-level support without the cost of a full-time hire. I step in on a part-time, ongoing basis to help with the operational and strategic work that keeps things moving. This works well for:

  • Operations and systems oversight
  • Program and initiative management
  • Team development and coaching
  • CRM oversight and optimization new
  • Ongoing communications and marketing coordination new
  • Cross-functional coordination

Timeline: Monthly retainer
Investment: $3,500 – $7,500

Workshops & Facilitation

Sometimes a team needs to get in the same room, slow down, and work through something together. I design and facilitate sessions that create the kind of clarity and alignment that’s hard to reach in the middle of a busy day-to-day. Sessions have included:

  • Leadership development
  • Community and stakeholder engagement planning
  • Program planning retreats
  • Strategic planning and priority-setting
  • Communications and messaging workshops new

Timeline: Half-day to multi-day
Investment: $2,500 – $12,000
