Championing Equity, Efficiency, and Sustainable Impact

Over the past two decades, I’ve led large-scale initiatives across education, nonprofit, and workforce development, building systems, launching programs, and coaching teams toward measurable outcomes.

As a senior leader, I’ve designed engagement frameworks that strengthened partnerships across higher education and workforce sectors — improving career outcomes and postsecondary transitions. I’ve directed multimillion-dollar budgets, led cross-functional teams of 40+, and grown participation in programs focused on dual enrollment, career readiness, and family engagement by double digits.

Earlier in my career, I helped build an equity-driven college access and completion model that became a national example of effective student support, developing foundational systems, scaling enrichment programs, and fostering strong vendor and community partnerships.

My consulting work now focuses on helping mission-driven organizations design sustainable systems, strengthen leadership capacity, and create structures that make lasting impact possible.
